The Heavenly Bakery is located at 601 San Benito Street in Downtown Hollister, CA. We are open seven days a week and serve Breakfast and Lunch daily. We also do private parties, catering, and service local restaurants with their breads, cakes, and pastries.
We also have a booth at the Hollister Downtown Association’s Farmers Market every Wednesday from 2-7 pm from May – September.

I discovered my passion for baking while watching my mother make our everyday meals.
Over the years, I perfected my skills with an aim to using the best techniques and methods to get the best flavors to my customers. I have trained and taught in different states. One of my most memorable experiences was working with Lionel Vatinet, author of several baking books and owner of “La Farm Bakery” in North Carolina. I have also studied with pastry chefs from France.
Locally, I have worked at several bakeries, including La Plaza Bakery, Castro’s Bakery, and Cedar House.
In March of 2019, my wife, Erika, and I acquired The Heavenly Bakery where I have been the Head Baker for several years. Together, we operate The Heavenly Bakery, and work with an excellent team who shares in our vision to invite our guests to enjoy the experience and unique flavors of our restaurant.
